Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Defective or Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged or contains printing defects, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. Please notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.
  2. Wrong Item Received: If the wrong product is delivered or there is a discrepancy in the design, you may request a replacement or refund within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  3. Order Customization Errors: If the error in design or dimensions is on our end, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Customization errors on the customer’s part are not eligible.
  4. Unused Condition: Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. Used or tampered products are not eligible for returns.

Please note that since our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons other than defective items, wrong orders, or errors caused by Branded Wraps.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, email us at [email protected] or call us at (347) 716 4394. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product (if applicable).
  2. Response Time: Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days. If the return is approved, we’ll provide further instructions, including details on shipping the unused product back to us (if applicable).
  3. Return Shipping: For approved defective or incorrect orders, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If the return is for other reasons (as determined by mutual agreement), the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
  4. Processing Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Important Notes

  • Custom Design Orders: Branded Wraps specializes in custom food packaging. Once approved by you, custom designs cannot be changed or canceled. Issues related to changes requested post-approval are not eligible for refunds.
  • Turnaround Times: Delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors are beyond our control. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, transit delays are not grounds for returns or refunds.
  • Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to deny returns if fraud or misuse of our return policy is suspected.
